After you’ve reached out to us, we will meet you on site to measure roof areas for new materials. We will also discuss other elements that may be involved in your roofing project, such as:
— Fall-protection Scaffolding
— Insulation
— Guttering and gutter leaf-guard
— Roof ventilation
— Timber or metal battens
— Solar panels
— Solar hot-water systems
— Asbestos removal
— Polycarbonate roof areas
— Colorbond colours (Australian-made BlueScope steel). We use our own engineer-tested and -certified fall-protection scaffolding system (safety rail), which is installed before we begin work.
We can replace tile and asbestos roofs with metal roofs, and install polycarbonate roofing sheets.
-
When it’s time to start, we get to work with processes in place to minimise stress and maximise efficiency. We always have one eye on the weather, and the other monitoring the team’s energy and safety, especially in extreme heat conditions. We work with you and/or your builder to get your new roof sheeted and secured in a timely manner.
All old or damaged metal components will be taken to be recycled, and all other rubbish will be removed from your property.
-
We follow safe work methods to minimise risk and hazards involved in metal roofing; for example, you'll see us using scaffold edge-protection, harnesses and high-visibility clothing. At least one crew member on every job has first-aid training.

Repairs and Maintenance
Do you have a leak, damage to your roof, or need a maintenance check-up?
The five most common causes of water ingress include: damaged roofing materials, poorly installed flashing, blocked gutters and downpipes, poorly sealed roof penetrations, and deteriorating sealants.
With decades of experience, we can solve water ingress mysteries and help to prevent future issues.
Regular inspections by professionals, timely repairs, and proper maintenance are key elements in preventing water ingress from a roof. If you are concerned about the integrity of your roof or have noticed water coming in, it's crucial to address this issue promptly to prevent water damage to the interior of the building and to extend the roof’s lifespan.
Roof Condition Reports
What is a roof condition report?
A roof condition report is a comprehensive document generated by a qualified roofing professional after a thorough examination of a building's roof. Our reports provide a detailed analysis of the roof's condition, identifying any existing or potential issues that may compromise its integrity or functionality.
Observations and Recommendations
Our assessment details observations on the state of roofing materials, flashings, gutters and any penetrations such as vents or antennas. We will note signs of damage due to storm events, wear or inadequate installation. Additionally, we offer recommendations for repairs, maintenance or replacements.
Proactive
A well-documented roof condition report serves as a valuable tool for property owners, helping you to make informed decisions about necessary repairs and proactive maintenance to ensure the longevity and performance of your roofing system.
Example of parapet caps holding water (9) due to poorly designed flashings, causing silicone sealant to quickly deteriorate and water ingress.
Quality Material
BLUESCOPE STEEL AND COLORBOND
BlueScope steel is Australian made with a thirty-six year warranty period. There are several types of BlueScope steel coatings that take in to consideration the environment, energy efficiency and aesthetics. We most often use Colorbond, which is a type of coloured coating, and comes in a diverse range of colours. Colorbond can reduce heating and cooling costs by up to twenty percent. Other BlueScope options include: Zincalume, marine-grade Ultrabond and stainless steel, and galvanised finishes.
